Your data. Your choice.

Delete an item in Racksy to move its record to the Bin. Open Settings → Bin to restore it within seven days or permanently delete it sooner. Bin records expire after seven days and are removed when Racksy processes them.

Removing a Space does not necessarily delete its products: follow the app’s prompt to move them. Removing a photo reference or Bin record may leave an unused saved photo file in app storage. Use the full-clear steps below to remove all local files.

1. Close Racksy.
2. Open Android Settings → Apps → Racksy → Storage (wording varies by device).
3. Choose Clear storage or Clear data and confirm. Clearing only the cache is not the same.

This resets Racksy’s local inventory, Spaces, profile, preferences, and saved app photos. You can also uninstall the app to remove its local app data. The next launch after clearing data starts fresh. If any reminder remains visible, dismiss it and check Racksy’s notification settings on your device.

Your own gallery photos are separate from the app’s saved copies. Delete those in your photo app if you want to. Device backup and transfer services may retain or restore app data according to your provider’s settings. Manage those copies through your device or backup provider. Dev4all cannot erase copies held only by your device provider.

Email [email protected] with the subject “Racksy data deletion” using the address you previously contacted us from, if possible. For a WhatsApp conversation, tell us enough to locate it or send the request through that conversation. Do not send your full inventory or identity documents unless specifically necessary.

We will review the request and remove information we no longer need, subject to applicable legal obligations. We may need to verify that the request is yours. We cannot delete messages or backups held independently by your email, messaging, or device provider. There is no Racksy account or server inventory to delete.
